The New England Forestry Foundation (NEFF) permanently protected 130 acres located on the northwesterly side of Little Lake Sunapee with road frontage (1,628 feet) on Little Sunapee Road and both sides of Burnt Hill Road. NEFF owns and manages the property. The Little Sunapee Associates made a contribution to this project that allowed the Ausbon Sargent to cover administrative and legal costs.

This property will be maintained in perpetuity as open space, with forestry being the only permitted commercial activity. This property abuts the 42.44-acre conservation easement property, donated by Parkhurst and Sjostrom, and the 79-acre conservation easement property donatd by the Donovans.
