On November 18, 2022 Ausbon Sargent purchased the building at 71 Pleasant Street in New London, which has housed the organization for the past 14 years. The land trust has rented their current space since 2008 from owner Gavin Campbell. Campbell, owner of Gavin Campbell Construction, who had also given Ausbon Sargent the right of first refusal, will remain a tenant in the building, as will attorney, Mike Chiarella. Ownership of the building provides security for the land trust in that they will be assured of their base of operations for the foreseeable future.

The quality construction and ideal location of the office building will serve the land trust well for many years to come!
