By granting a conservation easement on two acres of land in 1998, Chris and Janice Cundey made 42 more acres more accessible for public recreation. Their gift of two acres north of Little Sunapee Road not only further protects the scenic view from the road and the Little Lake Sunapee watershed, but it also abuts the 42 acres of the Parkhurst/Sjostrom easement.
In 2023, the Cundeys sold the property to the Centenari family.
