Ausbon Sargent celebrated 35 years of land conservation, protecting 163 properties across 13,345 acres. With a newly adopted Conservation Plan, the trust aims to identify high-priority parcels and preserve 30% of each community’s land by 2030, ensuring long-term stewardship and sustainable land use for future generations.
