Spring Ledge Farm is protected by a conservation easement held by the Town of New London, which was assisted in part by the Ausbon Sargent Land Preservation Trust. Both original owners of the farm, John and Sue Clough, were founding board members of the land trust. Current owner, Greg Berger, has also served on the Ausbon Sargent board.
